Vice President Division Manager

Al Alford

Al joined Midtown Bank in 2005 and has been a major contributor to the growth of the mortgage division. Al has a very logical approach to mortgage lending and takes the time to research programs resulting in the best solutions for his borrowers. In addition to lending single family homes, Al is an expert when it comes to condominium finance. He is an Atlanta native and attended UGA. Davis has more than nine years of experience originating residential real estate mortgages. Kim Pounders

Kim attended Auburn University where she majored in Civil Engineering. After spending five years working in the engineering field Kim embarked on her mortgage career. She has been in the mortgage industry for seven years and joined Midtown Bank in November 2007 as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
